30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Want One Get One. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging when applicable. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging when applicable so we can help resolve the issue.

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Return shipping
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise agreed.

ancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After the cancellation window has passed, the order may have entered processing or fulfillment and we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled or changed.
